Epic Shout Out List of Legendary Proportions

As of June 23, 2009, I finished high school. It's been four amazing years. So much done and learned and so many people to thank for making these four years absolutely epic. So here it is, the most epic shout out list ever.

Daniel "Powerman" Power
I practically grew up with you, bro. Remember Grade 5? We hated each others guts LOL and now what? We're like brothers. Thanks for everything bro.

HJ "Hebs" Javier
Four years. I can't believe it's only been four years. Rewind to Grade 9: the first time I met you I thought you were another Asian trying to be a gangster LOL Still, you made these four years dramatically hilarious. "Where's the bluckbarry?" LOL Thanks for being a friend bro.

Tristan "Stan" Kim
I hope I don't piss you off one day because I know you could probably kill me in one of many ways (3rd-degree Black Belt helps) LOL Bro it's been insanely fun. Thanks for being an awesome friend.

Mark "PM(S)" Sneath
You were like a mentor to me PM. The last few weeks you were here changed me. And who can forget "Spicy Jack!" LOL Thanks for speaking the truth and not being afraid of what we'd think. It definitely changed me.

Amar Bains
My brown brotha! You made the inner FOB in me come out of the closet LOL Thanks for all the good times.

Trevor Brown
The first blink-182 fan I met since the 4th grade. And Grade 11 would never be the same. Thanks.

Laura Kim
First person to ever talk to me at Yorkland. And you're awesome! Thanks.

Sofia Zuniga
No, I am not trading phones with you! LOL jokes. Thanks for being a friend.

Peter Van Halteren
You introduced me to The Rocket Summer and completely changed my taste in music. That and you made Grade 11 awesome. Thanks!

Samantha Mepham
Covering for me so I could reach after Prom. Yeah, I was there for less than an hour, but still, thanks.

Albert Bushara
Fellow madhacker in the world of computers. Thanks for pushing me to try and look like I knew more than you LOL jokes. Thanks for helping me out.

Manuel Philipose
Another madhacker. Bro I swear you're a clone of me. It's not even funny. Thanks for being an awesome friend.

Neil Grenade
Halo? Don't talk about Halo. Neil's too good at it. And the episodes of Spare? yes. I watched those. Thanks.

Sareen Khatchadourian
I hope I spelt that right. Also, you're awesome. Thanks for being an awesome friend.

Paul Klas
Futsal? Good times. And: "Chris has a hard-on!" LOL Thanks for making these two years I've known you hilarious.

Linda Park
I've known you for way too long. Thanks for being a friend all these years.

Chris Kim
The first person to ever try and teach me how to dance. And remember Grade 9? Skipping First Period to write essays for Second Period tests LOL good times. Thanks.

Angelo Lezada
You inspired me to start a blog and just write whatever was on my mind. Thanks bro for showing me a new way to express myself. I wouldn't be writing this if it wasn't for you.

Mena Abdel
You showed me that anyone can do anything. Camp Surrender bro. 'Nuff said. Thanks.

John Gnanakumar
I haven't gone to school with you since Elementary, but you still keep in touch. Every summer bro. Thanks for always being there for me, through good and bad.

Andreya Woo
I probably would have never studied if you weren't there to stress over exams and tests with me. Basically, you got me through high school. And you're awesome. Thanks.

Josh De Sa
You got me into writing way back in Grade 10, back in the day when we used to record tracks in your basement. Thanks for challenging me to write song in 30 minutes. And thanks for being a brother to me. 686!

Neil Amagna
You challenged me as I grew up. Taught me to do my homework before I started talking. Proof? The "MOVAC" LOL Thanks for being a brother to me. 686!

Mike Ledesma
You're a brother to me. What more can I say. It's how we roll in the 686. Thanks, bro. 686!

Sean Ledesma
You've changed me by introducing me to a whole new set of people. I will never be the same thanks to that. Times are hard, but we'll make it bro. Thanks for always being there and being a brother to me. 686!

Shane De Silva
Blood wouldn't make us any closer. You've been there for me through everything I went through, both good and bad. Thanks for putting up with me and for being a friend and a brother. 686!

(One)

I've got my last ever high school exam tomorrow. Pretty amped to get it done with. After that there's just a Graduation Ceremony (that I almost wasn't going to show up to) and then I'm done. But in the meantime, instead of studying, Shane and I found some more time at 5AM to get outside with a camera. We went while the streetlights were still on so it gave the street a studio type of feel. The kind of studio that has tons of lights. Results are up on flickr and I still gotta finish some editing. But, exams first.

Two

Two more days. And then two exams. On June 16th, I'll be done high school. Right now, it feels like high school went by way too fast. Like I should do another year or something. But then, on the other hand, I'm kinda glad it's over. These past four years have been absolutely amazing; not just high school, but all the things that I've done these past four years. I guess the big picture here is that I can't believe it's this close to being done and over with. And in spite of the fact that I absolutely hate my high school (exception: friends), I think I'm gonna miss it.

In other news, Shane and I are going to try for another 5 AM set. That's approximately 2 hours from now, and I'm still awake. Ten bucks says it isn't happening because we won't even wake up.

Update: It didn't happen because we didn't wake up =)
